If it’s your first consult
Dr Tim will run through a history of your presenting concerns/injury, and perform a series of chiropractic, orthopaedic, neurological, and functional movement tests.
He will then discuss with you the;
- diagnosis
- prognosis
- treatment options
- expected recovery time
If it is safe to do so, this will be followed by a light treatment. If necessary, he will refer you for advanced imaging (MRI or X-ray).
For your records, a Chiropractic Report of Findings will be emailed to you outlining the diagnosis, key findings of the physical examination, expected recovery time, potential complicating factors, treatment goals, treatment modalities, treatment scheduling, and review date.
If it’s your second or subsequent consult
Subsequent consultations are patient specific – meaning not everyone receives the same treatment. These consultation will follow the treatment modalities, rehabilitation goals, and scheduling outlined in your Chiropractic Report of Findings
